This course will show you how to locate a lead in your list of leads.
Go to Leads tab. The list will load more leads when you scroll down.

If you are unable to find the lead by scrolling down check to see which filters are enabled or if a search is active. Clear the filters and search and check the list again or use the search and filters to recreate the list with the results you are looking for.

If you are unable to locate the lead, it may be inaccessible to your user account, it was not entered or someone deleted it. Deleting leads is not easily done by accident and is less likely than the other possibilities.

To access the search and filter panel just click the button with the Funnel icon, located at the top of the page left of the series of available buttons.

As you will see from GIF below, each applied filter and search creates a coin that is added above the lead list. This allows you to know what is applied to the list and also close applied filters and searches when the panel is closed.
