How to locate leads via search and filter tools

Finding a Lead

To find a specific lead, you can follow these steps:

Go to the Leads tab. The list of leads will load, and more leads will appear as you scroll down.

If you can't find the lead by scrolling, check the enabled filters or active searches. Clear any filters and searches and check the list again, or use the search and filter tools to find what you are looking for.

Why a Lead Might Be Missing

If you still can't find the lead:

It may be inaccessible to your user account.

The lead may not have been entered yet.

Someone may have deleted it, though this is unlikely.

Accessing Search and Filter Tools

  • To access the search and filter panel, click the button with the Funnel icon at the top of the page. The Funnel icon is located to the left of the available buttons.

  • Each applied filter and search creates a coin that is added above the lead list. This lets you see what filters are applied to the list, and close them when you close the panel.

1. How can I find a specific lead in my lead list?

You can locate leads using the search and filter tools available on the Leads tab. Scroll through the list, utilize the search bar, or apply filters to narrow down the results. If you can't find the lead, ensure all filters and searches are cleared.

  • Access Restrictions: Your user account may not have permission to view the lead.

  • Data Entry: The lead may not have been entered into the system yet.

  • Deletion: Though unlikely, the lead may have been accidentally deleted.

4. How do I know which filters and searches are active?

Each applied filter and search term generates a "coin" that appears above the lead list. These coins allow you to see active filters and remove them as needed.
