Commission %

This default commission % will automatically populate in the commission breakout for all new merchants boarded when the application was linked to the lead that belonged to this lead source. It will also automatically populate when the lead source is manually chosen in the commission breakout or when an approved merchant is manually linked to an existing lead that belongs to the lead source. See "Assign Leads" to learn more.
If the Lead source does not get a fixed percentage, 0% can be used.

Branch

Lead source branch name (optional) .

Nickname

Nickname for the Referral Source (optional)

Parent Lead Source

Create organizational structure by linking one lead source to another. For example: The Main Office of a group of banks will want to have oversight of all the banks within their organization. Below the Main Office are Regional Offices and below the Regional Office are branches. Each branch will be assigned a parent lead source that is a regional office and each regional office will be assigned the Main office as their parent. This creates the reporting needed to manage the various sub-divisions of the organization. Main Office to sub-divisions to branches. Because of this structure each branch can only see their data, each regional office can only see their data and the branches who are assigned to them, and the main office will see each Regional Office and each branch assigned to the Regional Offices.

Contact Person

Lead Source’s main contact name.

Email

Email address for the contact person.

Note: The system does not ACH, it only generates a NACHA file that can be used by a company to issue direct depositing or check writing.

Select “Active” or “Inactive”. Active users are able to add referrals and assign referrals to Sales Representatives.

User Type

Assign a "User Type" to add the lead source to a group of similar lead sources. The user type is displayed with the lead source throughout various admin reports and can be useful when working with commission calculations.

Assigned Division

Assign a division to allow the lead source to select reps from the division to assign a new lead. It shouldn't be used unless you want to give the lead source control to assign salespeople.

Access Website

Grant system access to the Lead Source & make them visible in menus throughout the site by checking this box.

Additional Alert Address

If another email address is added emails are sent to that address when updates occur in addition to the main contact’s email address.

See Commissions

A Lead Source is always allowed to view commissions if it is designated as a “parent” Lead Source or does not have a parent assigned to it.
