Adding and Managing Entities in PulsePoint:

  1. Obtain your entities and shortname from the Fast Facts sheet provided by Elavon.

  2. Access the PulsePoint system.

  3. Navigate to the appropriate section for adding entities. (The specific steps may vary depending on the system's interface. Consult the PulsePoint user manual or contact support if you need help locating this section.)

  4. Enter the entity information. This may include the entity name, contact details, and other relevant data as required by the system.

  5. When entering your shortname, use only the core shortname (identified as the "payee id" in the Fast Facts sheet). For instance, use "MS00DEMO" instead of "MS00DEMOA1" or "MS00DEMOA2".

  6. Select the "active" checkbox for each entity you want to appear in the application menu options.

  7. Save the entity information.
