In order to have entities and your shortname appear in the application, they must be added to the system. Elavon provides entities and your shortname in the Fast Facts sheet. Although when entering the shortname into PulsePoint, we only want the core shortname ("payee id" per Fast Facts) to be entered into the shortname field. For example; MS00DEMO is the shortname, but MS00DEMOA1 or MS00DEMOA2, are not. Failing to do so correctly will result in validation errors when submitting to Elavon.

Note: The active checkbox determines whether or not the entity entry will appear in the menu options in the application form.
