To log into PulsePoint, you will need your site's URL, username, and password.

Steps to Log into PulsePoint:

  1. Obtain your site's URL: This is often your DBA name followed by ".msppulsepoint.com". If you don't have it, contact your Elavon relationship manager, check your Fast Facts, or contact Fidano support.

  2. Open your web browser and enter the URL in the address bar.

  3. Enter your username and password on the login page.

  4. Select "Login".

    Anyone with a valid username and password can log into PulsePoint. Fidano only provides the initial set of credentials; all other credentials are created internally.

How do I log in to PulsePoint?

To log in to PulsePoint, you will need:

  • Your site's URL (usually your DBA name followed by ".msppulsepoint.com")

  • Your username

  • Your password

Enter the URL into your browser's address bar, then enter your username and password on the login page.

Who can access PulsePoint?

Anyone with a valid username and password can log in to PulsePoint.

I don't have my site's URL. What should I do?

If you don't have your site's URL, you can:

  • Contact your Elavon relationship manager

  • Check your Fast Facts document

  • Contact Fidano support at 877-844-0032 or support@fidano.com
