Date: Date the call note was created
MID: Processor assigned Identification number
Merchant: Merchant doing business as name
Name: Name of the source of the note
Subject: Name of the helpdesk ticket subject
Note: The content of the call note
Salesperson: Assigned Salesperson
Salesperson Division: The division of the assigned sales user
