Using the TOP-10 Report

This report will provide you with data concerning your current TOP-10 Approved, Coded and Seasonal Closed Merchants by Processing Volume over the last 6 months. Heads up – the TOP-10 Report will only include merchants that have processed sales within the given 6 months.

Accessing the Report

To access the report log into your Dashboard, click on the “Reports” tab, click on the volume tab and select the ‘TOP-10 Report’.

Data Included in the Report

The TOP-10 Report includes a list of merchants who have the highest processing volume over the last six months. You will need to use the data provided in the report to compare individual merchant performance and determine which are bringing in the most processing volume.

  • Total Volume from Top Merchants: The accumulative volume for the ten top performing merchants from the last 6 months

  • Top Merchant % of your total portfolio: This is the percentage of the top 10 merchants compared to your overall portfolio. A well balanced portfolio will have a lower %. If the % is higher it means your portfolio is at a greater risk if a top performing merchant concludes their business with you

  • Y-Axis: Volume total for last 6 months

  • X-Axis: Top 10 Merchants DBA and MID

Table

  • Merchant name: Merchant Doing business as name

  • MID: Merchant ID number

  • Salesperson: Name of sales user assigned to the account

  • Salesperson ID: ID of the assigned sales user

  • 6-mth Volume: A total of the merchant's last 6 months of volume

  • % of Portfolio Volume: the merchant's total volume divided by total portfolio volume as a percentage. A well balanced portfolio will have a lower %. If the % is higher it means your portfolio is at a greater risk if a top performing merchant concludes their business with you

  • Portfolio Volume: The total volume of your portfolio so you can compare against the merchant's individual volume
