Using the Year Over Year Processing Volume Report
The Volume by Merchant Report provides a comprehensive look at merchant contributions to overall processing volume over time. By comparing processing activity from one year to the next, you can gain valuable insight into merchant sales trends and performance. Use this report to view merchants' year over year processing volume as reported via commission files.
Accessing the Report
To access the Year Over Year Processing Volume Report, login to your account, then click on the Reports tab and click the Volume tab. From there, you can select the Volume by Merchant Report.
Filter
Info-Graphics
Volume in (filter year): Total volume with a percentage of growth indication to the right of the summed figure
Average Ticket: Total Volume divided by the total transaction count to create an average ticket volume amount

Y-Axis: Volume totals
X-Axis: Month of the reporting year
Table
Month: month of the reported year
Year: year of the report
Merchant: Merchants doing business as name
MID: Processor assigned merchant ID
Processor: Name of merchant's processor
Volume: Total reporting year volume
Average Ticket: Total Volume divided by the total transaction count to create an average ticket volume amount
Approval Date: Date the account was reported to be approved
