Now that you’ve managed to set your system’s Admin settings you are ready to build your Team. Your Team in PulsePoint will consist of Office Staff users with Admin access, Office Staff users without Admin Access, Sales Representative Users, and possibly Lead Source users. The articles and videos in this portion of your training specifically focus on “How to” create users and send them their passwords to login to PulsePoint. If you have groups to put your teams into please review “Manage Divisions” to see how to assign users to their groups.
