Company Profile settings provide options to update your company's name, phone numbers, management emails addresses, default language and timezone, and to determine commission reporting settings.

Who can access Company Settings?

Company Settings can be accessed by an Office Staff user with Admin access who is assigned to the “Main” company division and who has their permissions set to view company settings.

Instructions

Login to PulsePoint then select the Administration tab. Then select the Company tab and then Settings.

Company Profile

Enter your company main phone number, support phone number, sales email address, office email address, support email address, and a fax number. Select Save to apply the changes.
Main Phone Number is not displayed anywhere in PulsePoint or notifications.
Support Phone Number is displayed in the Equipment Coding information
Office Email is notified when accounts are approved, closed; when commission files post and when commissions are rolled back.
Sales email address is notified when accounts are approved, closed, and when leads are added to the system.

If you would like to update your company logo in PulsePoint go to your Admin area and in Company menu select Settings. Click Choose File button and locate a file in your computer that contains your image and then Open and Save.

Requirements:

  • * File format: PNG Image

  • * Dimensions: maximum allowable dimensions of (200px x 40px)

Time and Locale

Time and Locale settings adjust the default language of the system and default time zone.

  • Simply select the menu for Default Language and choose your preferred language from the list of options; English (US), English (CA), English (UK), French (CA) or Spanish (MX)

  • To Change the Default Timezone select the Default Timezone menu locate and select the correct time.

Commissions & Reporting

Commission and reporting settings adjust the reporting format to rounded values or four decimal values, default currency setting and to create additional “Rewrite” tags.

  • Simply select the circle next to either “Rounded Values” or “Four-Decimal Values” to set how commission figures are shown by default.

  • Choose either “US Dollar” or “Canadian Dollar” to set the currency menu default.

  • Type a new name in “+add tag” to create a new Rewrite tag. (Apply a Rewrite tag to a merchant or application to exclude the Merchant from reporting as a new merchant)

  • HeadID group payments allows you to pay commissions up to a head ID assign to a sale user. This means you can calculate commissions for a sales payee and when creating a payment batch, the payee's total commissions is added to the payment amount of their HeadID sales payee. This provides reporting on the sales user level but pays out to the HeadID.

  • Show Payment Batches in the Commissions section allows you to remove payment batches from showing in the published batch reports. It is still essential that payment batches are used in the admin but it is not always essential for payees to be able to view payment batches along with their commissions reporting.
