The application response time tracking report provides you with information about how fast your business is responding to submitted applications. This report allows you to easily identify any issues with your business's internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The application response time tracking report shows you a breakdown of the time you spend responding to applications. It tracks the time between an application being submitted and an acknowledgment or response being issued. This report helps you understand your business's average response time and identify any potential issues that could hinder your internal SLAs.

  • YTD Average Response Time: Average time it takes for an internally submitted application to be demoted or promoted in the reporting year to date

  • Current Month Average Response Time: Average time it takes for an internally submitted application to be demoted or promoted in the reporting month to date

  • Prior Month Average Response Time: Contrast the prior month against the present month to see if response times are on track, improved, or degraded
