Updating Report Year on Info-Graphics

If you're making a report and coming across the need to change the Report Year, you'll be provided with more tailored data in the info-graphics. Once you change the Report Year to a prior year, the info-graphics will exclude Year To Date (YTD) and Month To Date (MTD) comparisons.

Info-Graphics

  • YTD Submitted: A count of how many applications have been submitted in the report year. The percentage contrasts the previous year to date to show if submissions have increased or decreased

  • MTD Submitted: A count of the current month to date submitted applications with a percentage comparison against the prior year month's performance

  • Approval Percentage: Of the applications submitted what percentage has been approved

Graph

  • Y-Axis: Count of leads submitted per month

  • X-Axis: Month to month

The Key shows the various statuses that can be applied to a submitted application and the dotted line indicates the prior year's month over month performance.
