This report shows closure statistics from merchants who have stopped processing but may not have submitted a closure form yet. It’s important to both identify and track merchants who have stopped processing in order to determine the overall health of your business, and to be able to follow up if needed.

Current Quarter to Date Attrition: The percentage of lost merchants to overall portfolio in the current quarter.
YTD Attrition: The percentage of lost merchants to overall portfolio in the current year to date.
Annualized Attrition: Total average annual attrition percentage
