Reset a User’s password when they’ve forgotten theirs and are unable to use “Forgot Password” to reset and when you create a user you will need to generate a password or a way to reset their password. Via the Admin tools you can either send the user an email with a link or manually reset their password.


Instructions

To reset a user’s credentials login to PulsePoint, select the Admin tab, and then select the Office Staff, Lead sources, or Sales. Locate the user and select the Actions menu, and then Reset Password.

Manually Set Password

Check Manually Set Password and enter a password then enter the password again to confirm. Check Require password change on Login? to prompt the user to set their own password when they log in. Check Send User Email to send the user the password. Select Reset Password to complete the reset.

Send User email? (Default)

By default Send User Email? is checked and all you have to do is select Reset Password to send an email with a link to reset their password.
