Definitions to terms most used in commission reports

“Office Revenue”

Office Revenue is the amount paid by the vendor to the ISO per record in the residual files.

Note: Office Revenue is pulled from the AMT_DUE column in the Elavon Merchant Summary Raw Data file.

“Payee Revenue”

Payee Revenue is the amount after entity costs and exemptions have been factored and is multiplied by the Payee Split % to produce the Payee Income per record

“Payee Income”

Payee Income is the amount to be paid to a payee after any rules, split percentages or basis points have been calculated

“Payee Split %”

Payee Split % is the percentage assigned to the payee in the Merchant Commission Breakout form and is multiplied by the Payee Revenue producing the Payee Income
