A Merchant Closure Report provides an overview of who has had the most merchant accounts closed, along with the reasons why their accounts were shuttered. You can use this report to get a better understanding of who on your sales team has the most merchant accounts that have been closed and be able to take action if needed.

How does the Merchant Closure Report work?

The Merchant Closure Report works by collecting data on all of your closed merchant accounts and sorting them by the salesperson who closed them. Each merchant account is assigned to a salesperson, so the report is able to tell you which salespeople are having more accounts closed than others, and which reasons the accounts were closed.
