Equipment configuration has all equipment and VAR products that can be assigned to a merchant. The Elavon product line is already loaded in the system so Elavon products do not need to be added. If you have an additional product for which you want to create a coding sheet and assign to a merchant, use Equipment Config to add as an option.

Who can access Company Equipment Config?

Company Equipment Config can be accessed by an Office Staff user assigned to the “Main” Company division, who has permission to access Equipment Config and they must have access to the Admin area.

Instructions

Login to PulsePoint then select the Admin tab. Then select the Equipment Config button in the Company Menu.

Add a new Product

Select Create Product to open the entry form. Enter the common name of the product: Hypercom T7P, Auth.net, etc. Select the Product Type; Terminal, PinPad, Printer, Software or CheckReader, from the drop down menu. Assign the product to a processor by checking the box next to the processors name. Select Submit to save the new product.
